Data Deletion Request

At Mirvcle.Support, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted, you can submit a formal request using the steps below.


How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1 – In-App:

  • Open the Mirvcle.Support app.

  • Go to Menu → Help & Support → Data Deletion Request.

  • Fill out the required form and submit.

Option 2 – Email:

  • Send an email to privacy@mirvcle.tech with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

  • Include:

    • Full Name

    • Registered Email Address

    • Phone Number (if on file)

    • Reason for deletion (optional)


What Happens Next

  • We will verify your identity to ensure your account’s security.

  • Once verified, your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days.

  • Certain data may be retained for legal, security, or accounting purposes as required by law.


Important Notes

  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

  • If you have active bookings, they must be cancelled before the request can be processed.
