    • Live Chat – connect instantly with a support rep (available 8 AM – 8 PM EST).

    • Submit a Ticket – for non-urgent issues, with a 24-hour response time.

    • Service Issue Report – send details about an ongoing or completed job.

If you have a safety concern during an in-progress service:

  • Use the Emergency Contact button in the app to immediately alert our support team.

  • We will coordinate with the Provider/Technician and, if needed, local authorities.
