Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by Users

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time: Full Refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time: Non-Refundable.

2. Cancellations by Providers/Technicians

  • If a Provider/Technician cancels, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook without additional charges.

3. Service Issues & Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The Provider/Technician fails to show up.

  • The service is not completed as agreed.

  • There is a proven safety or service quality concern.

All refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the scheduled service time.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Transaction fees, rush fees, and costs of parts/materials already purchased for the job are non-refundable.
