1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mirvcle.Support (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Mirvcle.Support is an on-demand service platform connecting users (“Users”) with independent service providers (“Providers”) and technicians (“Technicians”) for technology and home-related services.

3. Platform Role & Limitation of Liability

We act solely as a marketplace to facilitate the connection between Users and Providers/Technicians. We do not directly perform all services and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or quality of work of Providers or Technicians.

  • We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from services provided by third parties.

  • Any disputes about service quality must be resolved directly with the Provider, though we may assist in mediation.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete service requests.

  • Ensure safe and lawful conditions for service performance.

  • Pay all applicable fees promptly.

5. Provider & Technician Responsibilities

  • Maintain valid licenses and insurance where required.

  • Perform services professionally and in compliance with all laws.

6. Booking & Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • If a Provider/Technician fails to attend or complete the job, a full or partial refund will be issued at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Platform are owned by Mirvcle.Support and protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
